How to "Delete administrator Password" without any software

Boot up with DOS and delete the sam.exe and sam.log files from Windows\system32\config in your hard drive. Now when you boot up in NT the password on your built-in administrator account which will be blank (i.e No password). This solution works only if your hard drive is FAT kind.

Method 2

Step
1. Put your hard disk of your computer in any other pc .Step 2. Boot that computer and use your hard disk as a secondary hard disk (D'nt boot as primary hard disk ).Step 3. Then open that drive in which the victim’s window(or your window) is installed.Step 4. Go to location windows->system32->configStep 5. And delete SAM.exe and SAM.log
Step 6. Now remove hard disk and put in your computer.

Step 7. And boot your computer :-)

General Tricks

1.

Windows hidden "god mode" folder Windows offers a centralized Control Panel for all of the OS settings, which makes it easy for users to tweak everything from desktop background to setting up a VPN. To enter this mode, create a new folder with this exact name (copy and paste it): God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}. The folder icon will change to a Control Panel-style icon, and you will be able to jump in and change all kinds of settings. Note: Don't try this on Windows Vista 64-bit as it's known to cause a reboot loop.

2.Use Problem Steps Recorder This handy tool automatically records any mouse clicks and takes screenshots for you. If you need tech assistance with your computer, go to Run by typing Windows + R, and then type "psr." Use the tool and by the time you are finished, you can send this information, neatly compiled automatically, to the person helping you with the issue. It will make the process of finding the problem much easier for them, which means you will be able to get your system up and running faster.

3.Reduce the number of programs running at startup If your PC is taking too long to boot, it’s probably because you have far too many programs running at startup. Reducing this is easy, it will make your PC launch noticeably faster and lighter upon first load. To change the items running at startup, go to Run using the hotkey Windows key + R, and type "msconfig." A small window will appear (see the screenshot below), select the Startup tab. From here you will be able to turn off many startup programs, which can shave several seconds (or minutes) off your boot time. (Note Windows 8 has moved this functionality to the Task Manager). Try to make sure you research what you are turning off as some processes might be needed by third party programs or drivers you have installed.

4.Better multiple monitor control There are several useful keyboard shortcuts for controlling open windows on multiple monitors. Pressing the Windows Key + Arrow Keys will cause a window to quickly snap to each side of either monitor. Alternatively, hitting Shift + Windows Key + Arrows will cause the window to jump to the other monitor. Lastly, pressing Windows + P will allow you to quickly set up a second display or projector.

Web Browsing Tricks

Automatically add www. and .com to a URL You can shave off a couple of seconds typing in a URL by simply click CTRL + Enter after you type the name of the site. Need .net instead of .com, press CTRL + Shift + Enter instead.
Jump to address bar There are a number of ways to jump right to the address bar from anywhere in browser. Pressing CTRL + L, F6, and ALT + D all accomplish this goal.
Bring back a closed tab We covered this already, but it's super useful. Accidentally closed a tab? Simply press CTRL + Shift + T to reopen the most recently closed tab and get back to what you were doing.
Use private browsing The uses for not having cookies and history saved are obvious for certain activities, you know, like shopping for gifts on a shared computer (of course!). Pressing CTRL + Shift + N will launch a new private in Chrome, CTRL + Shift + P will do it in Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Cycle through open tabs Pressing CTRL + TAB while in a browser will flip between each one. This can be much faster than moving the mouse and clicking on a tab. CTRL + NUM (1, 2, 3, 4, n..) will also take you to certain tab in that numeric order.

JAVA-SCRIPT TO SEE PASSWORD BEHIND ASTERISK

STEP 1
First of all create a new bookmark in your browser , give it any name e.g View Password.

STEP 2.
Now in the URL bar just fill out the below java-script.

STEP 3.
Now Open any site e.g. Facebook.com and click on the bookmark which you created in step 1, It will popup a dialog with the password behind the asterisk.

USE YOUR WEB BROWSER AS CALCULATOR

1. Chrome
  •  Just press CTRL + SHIFT + J to open console in chrome.
  • Now just type your calculation to get result.
2. Firefox
  •  Just press CTRL + SHIFT + J to open console in Firefox.
  • Now just type your calculation to get result.

3. Opera
  •  Just press CTRL + SHIFT + I open console in
    Opera.
  • Now just type your calculation to get result.

How an IP Address is assigned to a Network?

Today I’m here with another technology which has revolutionized the way of identifying a website, network, or a computer. Yes, it’s IP Addressing but do you know how it is assigned? It is definitely a difficult task!

We all know that Internet is growing at a very rapid pace which is told by increasing popularity of Tim’s creation -- WWW (World Wide Web). By 2000 more than 100000 thousand routes of network have been registered.
Over the past few years, the Internet has experienced two major scaling issues as it has struggled to provide continuous and uninterrupted growth:

  • ·         The eventual exhaustion of IP version 4 (IPv4) address space

  • ·         The need to route traffic between the ever increasing number of networks

            that comprise the Internet

1.The first problem is concerned with the eventual depletion of the IP address space.
    IPv4 addresses
IPv4 defines a 32-bit address which means that there are only 232 (4,294,967,296)
IPv4 addresses available.

In IPv4, an address consists of 32 bits which limits the address space to 4294967296 (232) possible unique addresses. IPv4 reserves some addresses for special purposes such as private networks (~18 million addresses) or multicast addresses (~270 million addresses).

IPv4 addresses are canonically represented in dot-decimal notation, which consists of four decimal numbers, each ranging from 0 to 255, separated by dots, e.g.,100.70.144.23. Each part represents a group of 8 bits (octet) of the address. In some cases of technical writing, IPv4 addresses may be presented in various hexadecimal, octal, or binary representations.

2. The second problem is caused by the rapid growth in the size of the Internet        routing tables. Internet backbone routers are required to maintain complete routing information for the Internet.

Unfortunately, the routing problem cannot be solved by simply installing more router memory and increasing the size of the routing tables. The long-term solution to these problems can be found in the widespread deployment of IP Next Generation (IPng or IPv6).

            IPv6 addresses
IPv6 uses 128 binary bits to create a single unique address on the network. An IPv6 address is expressed by eight groups of hexadecimal (base-16) numbers separated by colons, as in 2001:cdba:0000:0000:0000:0000:3257:9652. Groups of numbers that contain all zeros are often omitted to save space, leaving a colon separator to mark the gap (as in 2001:cdba::3257:9652).

Currently, IPv6 is being tested and implemented on the 6Bone network, which is an informal collaborative project covering North America, Europe, and Japan. 6Bone supports the routing of IPv6 packets, since that function has not yet been integrated into many production routers. Until IPv6 can be deployed worldwide, IPv4 patches will need to be used and modified to continue to provide the universal connectivity users have come to expect.

As this much information is only prerequisite for understanding the way of addressing IP I’m not going into detail. If you ask me, I would be very happy to post a detailed version on IPv4 & IPv6.

If you want to see your IP address now just type “ipconfig” by opening Command Prompt in Microsoft Windows like in the screen shot

Now we should get back to work.

IP address assignment

Internet Protocol addresses are assigned to a host either anew at the time of booting, or permanently by fixed configuration of its hardware or software. Persistent configuration is also known as using a static IP address. In contrast, in situations when the computer's IP address is assigned newly each time, this is known as using a dynamic IP address.

Methods

Static IP addresses are manually assigned to a computer by an administrator. The exact procedure varies according to platform. This contrasts with dynamic IP addresses, which are assigned either by the computer interface or host software itself, as in Zeroconf, or assigned by a server using Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Even though IP addresses assigned using DHCP may stay the same for long periods of time, they can usually change. In some cases, a network administrator may implement dynamically assigned static IP addresses. In this case, a DHCP server is used, but it is specifically configured to always assign the same IP address to a particular computer. This allows static IP addresses to be configured centrally, without having to specifically configure each computer on the network in a manual procedure.

Uses of dynamic address assignment

IP addresses are most frequently assigned dynamically on LANs and broadband networks by the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). They are used because it avoids the administrative burden of assigning specific static addresses to each device on a network. It also allows many devices to share limited address space on a network if only some of them will be online at a particular time. In most current desktop operating systems, dynamic IP configuration is enabled by default so that a user does not need to manually enter any settings to connect to a network with a DHCP server.

Sticky dynamic IP address

A sticky dynamic IP address is an informal term used by cable and DSL Internet access subscribers to describe a dynamically assigned IP address which seldom changes. The addresses are usually assigned with DHCP. Since the modems are usually powered on for extended periods of time, the address leases are usually set to long periods and simply renewed. If a modem is turned off and powered up again before the next expiration of the address lease, it will most likely receive the same IP address.

Uses of static addressing

Some infrastructure situations have to use static addressing, such as when finding the Domain Name System (DNS) host that will translate domain names to IP addresses. Static addresses are also convenient, but not absolutely necessary, to locate servers inside an enterprise. An address obtained from a DNS server comes with a time to live, or caching time, after which it should be looked up to confirm that it has not changed. Even static IP addresses do change as a result of network administration (RFC 2072).

IP addressing

There are four forms of IP addressing, each with its own unique properties.
  • Unicast: The most common concept of an IP address is in unicast addressing, available in both IPv4 and IPv6. It normally refers to a single sender or a single receiver, and can be used for both sending and receiving. Usually, a unicast address is associated with a single device or host, but it is not a one-to-one correspondence. Some individual PCs have several distinct unicast addresses, each for its own distinct purpose. Sending the same data to multiple unicast addresses requires the sender to send all the data many times over, once for each recipient.
  • Broadcast: In IPv4 it is possible to send data to all possible destinations ("all-hosts broadcast"), which permits the sender to send the data only once, and all receivers receive a copy of it. In the IPv4 protocol, the address 255.255.255.255 is used for local broadcast. In addition, a directed (limited) broadcast can be made by combining the network prefix with a host suffix composed entirely of binary 1s. For example, the destination address used for a directed broadcast to devices on the 192.0.2.0/24 network is 192.0.2.255. IPv6 does not implement broadcast addressing and replaces it with multicast to the specially-defined all-nodes multicast address.
  • Multicast: A multicast address is associated with a group of interested receivers. In IPv4, addresses 224.0.0.0 through 239.255.255.255 (the former Class D addresses) are designated as multicast addresses. IPv6 uses the address block with the prefix ff00::/8 for multicast applications. In either case, the sender sends a single datagram from its unicast address to the multicast group address and the intermediary routers take care of making copies and sending them to all receivers that have joined the corresponding multicast group.
  • Anycast: Like broadcast and multicast, anycast is a one-to-many routing topology. However, the data stream is not transmitted to all receivers, just the one which the router decides is logically closest in the network. Anycast address is an inherent feature of only IPv6. In IPv4, anycast addressing implementations typically operate using the shortest-path metric of BGP routing and do not take into account congestion or other attributes of the path. Anycast methods are useful for global load balancing and are commonly used in distributed DNS systems.

And at last telling you something crucial, I have referred to various websites to such information like Wikipedia, W3C, and W3Schools etc.

HOW TO MAKE AN NON-DELETE ABLE FOLDER

Hey friends, we have found a way that if you want to create a folder that cannot be deleted by any user, then how could you proceed. Well, this might sound strange to your friends and they would say”No way!!”. But you prove them wrong, nut.
Here are the steps to do it:
Open Command Prompt (Windows Key+R and type cmd and hit enter)
  • type  cd\  (it brings command out to C drive).
  • Now is the tricky part, you have to type this:
md\\.\:\con  (Replace YourDriveHere with your desired drive and you can add further path too.)

Now, ask your friends to delete it, and they will be amazed as folder cannot be deleted. Actually, this is due to the bug that windows cannot create a folder named con, So, it can`t delete a folder which it don`t think is created.
  • However, if you ever want to delete this folder, Do remember that it won`t get deleted by normal deletion but rather by this command:
rd\\.\  :\con (Replace YourDriveHere with your desired drive and you can add further path too.)

How to convert FAT32 into NTFS without formatting

Today we are going to share that how can you convert FAT32 file system to NTFS without formatting your drive and hence saving your precious data store. Now why to go for NTFS and not to remain in FAT32? The answer is FAT32 does not support handling large files
(over 4GB) and it is too old also if you don`t like the first reason. So here we go:
First of all, open Command Prompt as an Administrator (Search for cmd in windows search, then Right Click>Run As Administrator).
Then type this:
chkdsk h: /f  (To check for errors and fix it automatically).
After that, you have just to type this
Convert H: /FS:NTFS (Replace H: with drive letter of your desired drive with all cases).
Step by step results are given below:

How QR Code Scanner does works?

Hey! Readers

Now days a craze for QR Code has begun. Every advertisement has a QR Code embedded in it which usually takes you to the link of the product’s demonstration movie on YouTube®. During this thinking and research I got a program ( A basic HTML one) which could generate the QR Code for your  Website , Facebook Fan page , Google+ Profile  or any link you want. You can even make it for a text, address or number.

If you want one contact me on details at the end of post.

Beginning with a Bar Code Reader I’ll be telling the basic funda how it works then we’ll move on to QR Code Reader.

A barcode scanner is composed of three parts: the illuminator, the decoder, and the sensor/convertor. The barcode scanner illuminates the barcode with red light using the illuminator system. The sensor/convertor part of the scanner then detects the reflected light. Once the light is detected, an analog signal is generated. This signal contains varying voltage based on the intensities of the light reflection. The analog signal is converted by the sensor into a digital signal. The digital signal is then interpreted by the decoder. The decoder then sends the information to the computer attached to the scanner.

In the case of QR code scanner, the decoder sends the information to your mobile phone instead of a computer. The app you download for your phone that is a QR code scanner contains the illuminator, which is the red light that runs across the screen when you open the app. The sensor and decoder then work to decode the QR code. Then the decoder sends the information to your phone, and you will be able to see where the QR code was supposed to take you.

The way the scanner reads the reflected light it actually a lot more complicated than the way that I simply described it, but I think it's fascinating that all you have to do is download a free app and all of a sudden your phone is a barcode scanner. The barcode was first patented in 1952, and now almost every person with a smart phone carries around their own barcode scanner with them every day. Since this scanning technology is so easily accessible with most phones, QR codes as a marketing tool seem like they will be around for a while.

Thank You!
