How to Tell if Google Considers your Website as Mobile Friendly

Google search on mobile now marks websites that are mobile friendly. How do you test if your sites are considered so by the Google spiders?

You can no longer afford to not have a mobile-friendly website that isn’t readable or usable on a mobile phone. That’s because Google is now clearly marking websites in mobile search results that it considers mobile friendly and if that tag isn’t getting displayed around your content, your website may see a drop in mobile traffic.

When a keyword is searched on Google via Desktop and via Mobile phone due to Google's Pigeon Update are different.This difference is because of some tags which are required by Google Spiders for the Mobile Website Recognition must not be present on your blog.

Earlier our blog also suffered with this update but now we have learned What's the cause and here we present a mind blowing article on How to tell if Google considers your Website mobile phone friendly.

Responsive design is most important criteria to tell if Google Considers your Website as Mobile Friendly
Google search on mobile now marks websites that are mobile friendly. How do you test if your sites are considered so by the Google spiders?

Enough now. How do you confirm if your web pages are considered mobile friendly by Google? There are quite a few options.

One, you can do a site:domain.com search in Google on any mobile phone to check if that tag is displayed around the most popular web pages of your website. This is the quickest way to check mobile-friendliness of multiple pages without using any of the tools.

Google also offers an online tool to help you understand if it considers your website as mobile friendly. You’ll have to run it against all the pages of your site.

Sometimes a website may be responsive and readable on a mobile device but it may not be usable. For instance, the links may have been placed too close to each other making it difficult to tap (like on this page) or the videos may have been embedded using Flash that doesn’t play on mobile devices. These factors may also prevent Google from marking your website as mobile friendly.

You can use your Google webmaster account to know if your site suffers from any of these usability issues. Open Webmaster Tools, choose Search Traffic and select Mobile Usability. Here you’ll see all the pages on your site that are indexed by Google and need your attention.

Alternatively, you can use the PageSpeed tool to detect usability issues as well without logging into Webmaster Central. Put the URL in the input box and check the User Experience report under Mobile. If you see anything in Red, it needs to be fixed. You can also explore other online tools to test your website on a much wider range of mobile phones.

Tip: 7 Blogging Mistakes that Can Stop Your Blog Growth

"Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new"
― Albert Einstein

So making mistakes is not sin not correcting it is foolishness! ;)

There are thousands of new bloggers coming up daily; most of them start make money, few out of passion and few to set up career, but we seen only few reach their goal and thousands of them fail!

And the reason is they don't try to correct their mistakes.

Do You Make these 7 Blogging Mistakes?

If you're a newbie or not yet started blogging, these are few common mistakes that you need to avoid to have successful blog.

7 Blogging Mistakes that Can Stop Your Blog Growth

#1 Inconsistency in Blog Posting

I pray to be like the ocean, with soft currents, maybe waves at times. More and more, I want the consistency rather than the highs and the lows.

Yes being consistence is very important when it comes to blogging.

Inconsistency in blogging kills your blog. It makes your readers to lose trust on your blog. Also, it may affect your rankings directly or indirectly.

If you have more time for blogging and have lot of confidence that you can write daily, then go for it.

But If you can`t spend time writing daily (like me). Write 2 or 3 posts (at least 1) weekly and make sure this goes consistently.

#2 Underestimating SEO

7 Blogging Mistakes that Can Stop Your Blog Growth
SEO plays vital role for blog success, underestimating it is big mistake which most of them doing.
Does this mean that worthy content is of no use? No, if SEO increase your blog visibility, then content attracts visitors to your blog.

Few quick SEO tips

Add keyword in your post title
Spend some time on keyword analysis
Improve your blog speed
Compress images before adding it on your blog
Maintain keyword density
Link to related posts (internal linking)
Build links with guest blogging, blog commenting, YouTube etc…

#3 Writing for Bots

In 2nd point I mentioned that SEO is important soon I added this point to make clearer, that we need to write to attract users to only bots.

I recommended few SEO tips before which helps your blog get more visibility but the last and important game is played by content.

What if I write worthy content in single paragraph?

Will not attract any user, internet users don`t have much time to read your paragraph writing. You need to write a readable post with bullets and highlight important points.

I`d like to mention about Internal linking here! This will help you to decrease bounce rate of your blog and give more information to user.

#4 No interaction With Fellow Bloggers

Interaction helps to improve your blog performance.
Being active in your niche network can bring you more opportunities.

You can Join blogging networks like Bloggers.com, Blog Engage.com etc… and connect with fellow bloggers.

#5 Ignoring Visitors

Engage with your visitors this will help you to know what your users need.

Blog comments are the place where most of visitors interact with blog owner, so take time to respond to their queries. Be first to help them if they have any problem.

When someone approaches you through email then try to add him and give quickly reply.

If anything went wrong don`t step back to apologies.

Another way to interact with users is Email marketing, send regular newsletter to your subscribed users, and suggest them few blogging tips. Give some special gifts to your subscribed users.

#6 Spending too Much Time on Blog Stats

Don`t expect too much from just born blog.

Your blog is new and it takes more time to get good results. So don`t spend time daily on analytics. Once a while is OK, but wasting time on it will not return you anything.

#7 Being Everywhere

Is being everywhere over the web recommended?

No am not against going social but if you`re wasting time being on all social networking sites by checking status, sharing and not spending time on your blog. Then I don`t recommend being everywhere.

Select few top social networking sites in which you can get targeted visitors. Like if you are targeting Brazil then your must not ignore Orkut! So depending upon your niche try different but less social networking sites.

How to reverse each letter of word of a string

C++ is an amazing language. Those who have learnt it consider it to be most easiest languages. Everything and every program which you can think of can be made on C++.
Its not that I have learnt it so I am saying it's a fact and no one cab deny it. Here when we (The Best within Everything) have reached 7K visitors till now I had thought of expanding the scope to C++ as well.

Here now onwards the difficult programs of C++ which I'd be encountering will be published with tag C++.

How to reverse each letter of word of given string?

This program uses only three loops and 4 variables.
Anyone have a better code us invited to write on our blog

#include<iostream.h>
#include<conio.h>
#include<stdio.h>

void main()
{
 clrscr();
 int i,j,k,l;
 char str[101];
 i=0;
 j=0;
 cout<<"Enter a String: ";
 gets(str);
 cout<<" \n";
 for(l=0, k=0; str[k]!='\0';l++,k=i+1)
 {
   for(i=k; str[i]!=' 'i+=1);
   for(j=i-1; str[j]!=' '||j>=0; j-=1)
   {
     cout<<str[j];
    }
   cout<<" ";
 }
getch();

How to Increase Speed of Chrome on Android

With the release of Jelly Bean, Chrome became the default web browser on Android. The wildly successful desktop browser was now fully entrenched in the world’s largest mobile operating system.

Good Morning Everyone! I, Anubhav Sachan will explain you How to Speed Up Chrome on Android.

There are many great features that Chrome brought to Android web browsing—a double-tap-and-slide gesture to zoom in and out on web pages, its fantastic syncing feature which allows you to see tabs and bookmarks from all of your connected devices, and its hidden Chromecast support.
One tradeoff, however, was that the browser felt a bit slower than its predecessor.  Today we’re here to stifle any complaints about Chrome and get it running at warp speed.

Let’s speed up Google Chrome on Android

Go to Chrome’s Hidden Settings Menu
From Chrome’s address bar, type chrome://flags and hit the enter key on your keyboard. This will take you to a hidden menu with a myriad of advanced settings.

Make the Following Adjustments
Below are six of the things I’ve been using to bring Chrome back up to lightning speed on my Nexus 5. Give them all a try and see if it doesn’t improve your browsing speeds.
  • Set “Maximum Tiles…” to 512
This tweak will increase the amount of RAM the browser is allowed to use, and should all but eliminate any stuttering when scrolling webpages. From the three-dot overflow menu at the top right, select Find in page. TypeMaximum Tiles to find the entry we’re looking for here. Tap the drop-down menu directly below this entry and set the value to 512.
  • Change the Number of Raster Threads
This setting will increase the rendering speed of images. From the search box up top again, type Number of Raster. On the first highlighted result, tap the drop-down menu and select 4.
  • Enable SPDY/4
This setting will make web transactions faster and decrease overall page load times. Type Enable SPDY in the search bar. Tap the link labeled Enable directly under the first highlighted result.
  • Enable Offline Cache Mode
This setting will allow Chrome to load cached versions of webpages when they cannot load for whatever reason. In the search bar again, type Enable Offline. Tap the Enable button just below the setting titled Enable Offline Cache Mode.
  • Enable Experimental Canvas Features
This final tweak will enable Chrome to utilize opaque canvas’ to increase load times and performance. Type Enable experimental canvas and tap Enable once again.
  • Enable Experimental Websocket Implementation
This feature is a new way to handle web traffic communication. After typing Enable Experimental Websocket into the search bar, tap the Enable link below the first result.

Relaunch Chrome
At this point, you’ll notice a box at the bottom of the page that says Your changes will take effect the next time you relaunch Google Chrome. Tap Relaunch Now, and the browser should disappear for a couple of seconds. When it comes back up, you’ll see the chrome://flags page with all of your changes already implemented.

You’re all set up now, so go ahead and close out the chrome://flags tab and commence with the lightning-fast browsing!

A Chrome App Helps You Stop Procrastinating

A Glimpse
A new extension for Google Chrome helps you stop procrastinate with a simple idea – it replace the new tab page of your browser with your incrementing age.
Most anti-procrastination apps on the web help you stay focussed and increase productivity by blocking time wasting websites. The thinking goes that if these online distractions are gone, you are more likely to focus on actual work.

Alex MacCaw has created Motivation, a Chrome app that takes a slightly different approach. It replaces the new tab page of your Google Chrome with a real-time counter that displays your incrementing age.
Every time you launch Chrome, or open a new tab in the browser, the extension works as a sobering reminder that the clock is ticking away. That may motivate you to exit the Bermuda productivity triangle and focus on the more important things.
The source code for the Motivation Chrome app is available on Github.

How to Download Android Files directly

All Files from Google Play Store are packed up as APK files.

In this tutorial I, Anubhav Sachan, will make you Learn how to easily download any APK file from the Google Play Store on your Desktop PC or your Mobile Phone.

Android apps are packaged as APK files. You can use any File Manager app to copy these files from the computer to your Android device and then touch the .apk file to install, or sideload, the corresponding app on your device.

There are various reasons why you may want to download the APK installer of an Android app from the Google Play store:

1.Google Play Store says that a particular app or game is incompatible with your Android device though you know that the app would work just fine.

2.Sometime an Android app may be not be available for download in the Google Play store of your region or country.

3. An app is listed on the Google Play store but you want to install that app on another Android device, like the Amazon Kindle tablet, that doesn’t have the Play Store.
android- apk

How to Download APK Files from Google Play Store

Evozi, an Android app developer, offers a one-click online APK download app that lets you download the APK installed of any Android app that’s listed on the Google Play store. The downloader app can be accessed at http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/

To get started, enter the web URL of any app listed on the Google Play store and click the “Generated Download Link” button. The APK download app will fetch the APK file from the Google Play store and will host it on its own servers from where you downlaod the file.

Since the APK files are directly fetched from the Google Play Store, it’s unlikely that the Android App will be infected with any malware. Also, to prevent app piracy, the APK downloader only lets you download free apps and games from the Google Play store, not the paid ones.

My Own Logo

Hey guys I (Anubhav Sachan) am back with another mind blowing article for The Best within Everything.
I am a little bit confused just because I am author at another website called " SoftHax ". This makes me confused whether I shall give more attention to SoftHax or TBwE.

But now as you all had seen that in the home page of TBwE , a banner stating to build your own website but emails regarding the problem that website is not being made from the banner made me recall that Yeah I have to tell the procedure also.

So get ready for your ".tk" website.

1. Click on this Link. You will see Registrar's Home Page.
2. Select the domain name and click on GO.
3.  Now the new page which gets opened in the second line choose "Use DNS".
4. Instead of hosting on their Server u select "Use your own DNS".

 There you will have to enter 2 server names.

Do it like this
Server 1:
 Name server : ns01.000webhost.com
 IP address is  208.43.152.32

Server 2:
 Name server : ns02.000webhost.com
 IP address is 64.120.10.10

Till now you might have guessed that I am telling you to use free host server of 000webhost.com

Ya! That's true.

5.Now on the same registration page
 Select Registration length to be 12 months.Now,after filling other details click on Sign Up.Now register with your email by clicking E-Mail Sign Up on next page.Confirm registration via your email id.

Create a new database there and remember the SQL server,username,database name,database password.

Now you're almost done.

Use the website builder of Zyro to customize your website and start using it.

10 Computer Tricks Every Geek Should Know

We've talked before about the things every computer user should know how to do, but we geeks are special: we want to go above and beyond, to explore every nook and cranny of our system and make everything easier. Here I, Anubhav Sachan ,would be telling you ten ways to do just that.

1. Program Your Own Dead Simple Scripts
You don't need to learn an entire programming language to write advanced scripts. Windows users can do a ton of awesome stuff with AutoHotkey, from creating simple keyboard shortcuts to controlling their PC remotely. To get started, just check our beginner's guide to AutoHotkey and our list of the best AutoHotkey tricks. Mac users don't have anything quite like AutoHotkey, but you can do quite a bit with the built-in, insanely easy-to-learn AppleScript. If you aren't the coding type, check out Automator on the Mac and its clone, Actions on Windows
When all is said and done, this is probably way more than 10 tricks, but if you don't know any of the below, they should keep you busy for awhile. If you have an idea we didn't list, be sure to mention it in the comments below.

2. Squeeze More Power Out of Your Hardware
With a bit of tweaking, you can push your hardware past its original limits and get some pretty serious bang for your buck. When it comes to your PC, you can overclock your processor and video card, and even install OS X on non-Macs by building a Hackintosh. And, while you're at it-even though it isn't a computer trick specifically-you should try turning your $60 router into a $600 router with DD-WRT.

3. Run a Basic Linux Distribution
Even if you don't want to switch operating systems, knowing a few Linux basics can be really handy. With a live CD on hand you can troubleshoot your machine, revive an old, slow PC, and make your way through Linux-based DIY projects. Check out our five-part guide to getting started with Linux, and be careful-it can be quite the rabbit hole once you get into it!

4. Navigate Everything With Your Keyboard
There are certain basic keyboard shortcuts everyone should know, but if you really want to use your computer more efficiently, you can take it so much further. Learn the most common shortcuts for your favorite programs, like Gmail, Microsoft Word, basic text boxes, and even Facebook. After a little while, you'll be able to blow through menus and text boxes with unbelievable speed. Check out our guide to becoming a keyboard ninja, complete with a bunch of cheat sheets to help get you off the ground.

5. Learn to Crack Passwords (and Protect Yourself)
Everyone should know how to create a secure password, but responsible geeks can take it a step further by learning how to break into a comptuer. This skill-whether used on a Windows machine or a Mac-can really help you understand how computer thieves and hackers will try to get at your data. Learning the process means you know how to protect yourself against the process-not just with strong passwords but with encryption and other settings tweaks that keep thieves out. Similarly, you may also want to learn how to crack a Wi-Fi network's WEP and WPA password.

6. Know Your OS's Hidden Features
Every operating system has hidden things lying under the hood, you just have to know where to look. Windows users should check out the hidden features of Windows 7 and Windows 8, while Mac users should peruse the hidden features of OS X Lion and Mountain Lion. If you want to find even more, you can often find them in Windows' Registry or in OS X's terminal. System tweakers like Ultimate Windows Tweaker, OnyX for Mac, and Ubuntu Tweak are also great places to find secret features.

7. Run Everything on a Schedule
Stop performing all that system maintenance yourself and set it all up to run on a schedule. With Windows' built-in Task Scheduler, you can run just about any kind of task-whether it's maintenance, picture uploads, or even a simple alarm-through Windows' built-in tools (in fact, it's one of the best Windows 7 features you've probably forgotten about). Mac users looking for something similar should check out Tasks Till Dawn.

8. Read and Understand Your Resource Usage
When your computer starts acting a little slow, a lot of people jump to their resource monitor to see what's causing problems. However, just looking at a bunch of charts and graphs isn't going to tell you what's wrong unless you really know what you're looking for. High CPU is a common problem with one app slowing your system down, and as soon as you close it, the issue should go away. High network activity could be the cause of slow internet or slow file transfers over the network. RAM usage, however, is where a lot of people get thrown off: high RAM usage isn't inherently a bad thing. Know the difference between good and bad RAM usage before you start blaming processes. If you want to keep an eye on your resources, check out our favorite system monitors for Windows, Mac, and Linux, too.

9. Use the Command Line Like a Ninja
Using the command line isn't as exciting as it looks in the movies, but it can be a very useful tool (in fact, some tools are just better in the command line). It's pretty easy to learn, too-check out our command line primer for beginners to learn some basic commands. Once you've got that down, read up on the best shortcuts that help you navigate the command line like a ninja. Those guides apply to UNIX-based systems like Linux and OS X, but if you're a Windows user you can grab something like Cygwin to get a similar experience (or, if you want a more Windows-centric tool, try Powershell).

10. Find New Uses for the Programs You Already Have
Chances are, you've probably already found a few awesome tools and added them to your productivity arsenal, but most programs can be used for more than just their inteded purpose. The file-syncing Dropbox, for example, is also great for monitoring your home computer, printing files from afar, and even downloading stuff with BitTorrent. Savvy folks can use Gmail to store files in the cloud or find out if someone's stolen your laptop. Any tool can become multipurpose if you know its ins and outs.

How to Test Website across Multiple Browsers and Devices Synchronously

Welcome back!  I, Anubhav Sachan, am here again with another guide “How to Test Website across Multiple Browsers and Devices Synchronously”.

Responsive Web Design (RWD) is now a common approach in building a mobile friendly website. But building a responsive website can be quite irritating when you have to test the website in multiple devices and screen-sizes.

Say you have three devices to run the test on, you may end up having to constantly refresh each browser in every of those devices, which is cumbersome, to say the least.

So the idea of “synchronized testing” has emerged to address this situation and make the workflow more streamlined. There is a Grunt plugin called Browser Sync  to perform this, and Iam going to show you how to deploy it in your project, in this post.

 Why use Browser Sync?
First off, I’m not saying that Browser Sync is the perfect tool. There are also a number of GUI Applications such as Adobe Edge Inspect and Ghostlab which are great tools as well. They both have a nice GUI, but here’s why I think Browser Sync is better than these Applications:

1) Browser Sync (as well as Grunt) is free which helps if you have little to no budget to work with.

2) It is open-source. Depending on your JavaScript and Node.js proficiency you can extend it to cater to your own specific requirements.

3) It is cross-platform. You can use it in Windows, OS X and Linux. Ghostlab, on the other hand, is only available in OS X and Windows.

Installation
 To start off, you would install the Grunt plugin called Browser Sync. I’m sure the name says it all; this plugin syncs a number of interactions that occur on the website including page scrolling, populating form fields, and clicking on links.

All these actions will be reflected in the other browsers and devices as they are happening. Type the following command to install Browser Sync in your working directory:

npm install grunt --save-dev
npm install grunt-browser-sync --save-dev

Configuration

Once installed, Browser Sync can be loaded within the Gruntfile.js, this way.

  module.exports = function(grunt) {
     grunt.initConfig({
         browser_sync: {
             dev: {
                 bsFiles: {
                     src : 'navbar-fixed-top.css',
                 },

This configuration will monitor the navbar-fixed-top.css file and automatically refresh the browser when it’s changed. We should also enable ghostMode to keep track of interactions on the website.

Note: Browser Sync also provides a number of other configurations, you can check them out in detail on this page. For the time being, the above configuration should suffice for the project example in this article.

Once the configuration is set, go to Terminal (or Command Prompt) and run the task using the following command:

grunt browser_sync

After running the command, you will be prompted to add three line of scripts within the <head> tag.

Also, when you view your website in multiple browsers, it also records those browsers, and notifies you in Terminal. In this case, I opened the website in Chrome, Safari, and Mobile Safari (through iPhone Simulator).

Check It Out

Now, as you can see from the following animated GIF, all updates, changes, and interactions are synced in real time in all the browsers.

I would be happy to hear from you. You may send your Suggestions,Advices etc. on contac ifo at Developers page.
Thank You !
